Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Oceans Beauty Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Salon services are non-refundable once rendered.
Product Accuracy
We aim to display product colours and descriptions as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to photography and screen settings.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
